Language pack plugin directory not included - no build.xml file

      Language plugin directory is not included in 2.2.0 release. Dependency should exist for confluence\src\etc\languages so that build.xml for language plug-ins is included. If not included in point release, please update language plugin documentation as workaround is listed for 2.2.0 only
