The "deactivate user" feature is missing.

"Manage Users" screen is far less functional and has many bugs in 2.1.4 compared to 1.3.5
CONF-5544into this issue in the hope that I could provide more environmental details, but no such luck. I just upgraded from 1.3.5 to 2.1.4 and as reported inCONF-5544, a lot of what made the "Manage users" screen functional and useful in 1.3.5 seems to have vanished in 2.1.4.An issue not reported above is that the paging is also broken: as I keep pressing 'Next > >' the set of pages keep growing ad infinitum. So I actually have no way of seeing how many users there really are.
CONF-5544has not been processed in about two months. That is surprising since a key administrative screen is clearly deeply broken and needs some serious TLC in as short order as possible.
