To reproduce include an image in a page and display it twice using the following markup:

Unable to render embedded object: File (backus-debug.png) not found.
Unable to render embedded object: File (backus-debug.png) not found.

When exporting to PDF, both images will have the same size. The export should honor the width property of the image and re-size it appropriately.
