SMTP is broken in the stand-alone config

      An error has occurred with sending the test email:
      javax.mail.NoSuchProviderException: smtp
      at javax.mail.Session.getService(Session.java:611)
      at javax.mail.Session.getTransport(Session.java:541)
      at javax.mail.Session.getTransport(Session.java:484)
      at javax.mail.Session.getTransport(Session.java:464)
      at alt.javax.mail.SessionImpl.getTransport(SessionImpl.java:77)
      at com.atlassian.mail.server.impl.SMTPMailServerImpl.send(SMTPMailServerImpl.java:168)

      To fix, we need to remove activation.jar and mail.jar from common/lib
