The labels macro (showing the labels for a given space) links to the global labels pages always.

If you specify a space (ie

) the links point to the global labelled pages, which is confusing for users (as they jump out of the space theme, and they get results which aren't from the space they just clicked on).

Rule: if a space key is specified, links should be to space only list of pages with that label. If no space, global page.
