At the moment you cannot edit the site description (top left of the dashboard) - this should be a small snippet of Wiki text. Doesn't need to be searchable or anything, just rendered - so we can store it in the ConfluenceSetup as a block of text.

If the block doesn't exist, then show the default block as we have it now ("Welcome to Confluence... ")
