HTML export fails to include all attachments

      HTML export fails to include .zip files attached although it does include the images. It also fails to convert the href for the icons used for messages boxes (i.e.

      {note}

      ,

      {info}

      , etc), The generated HTML points to /images on the root directory instead of the relative /icons directory.
