Cannot apply strikethrough to links in rich text editor

      strike through format for links is not saved or converted into wiki markup correctly.

      1. Add a link in RTF editor
      2. strike through the link
      3. switch to preview or wiki or save. The strike through format of the link is lost.

      (btw the tooltip of the strike through button in RTF editor has a spelling mistake -> "striketrough")
