HTML space export does not use either global or space layout for index page

XMLWordPrintable

      I am trying to export the demonstration space using the HTML export facility. The resulting export has a few problems in the index.html file - broken links to pages and icons. Also the index.html page does not seem to have been generateed using the layout configured either in the global or space layout settings. I have tried this with the default layouts, and with a slightly edited custom layout - the layout seems to be ignored in any case.

      this is the source of the resulting index.html page from a default html export of the standard demonstration space:

      <html>
      <head>
      <title>Demonstration Space : Index</title>
