WYSIWYG bug with inner phrases

      Replication steps:

      1. Type text in WYSIWYG mode like "Some text."
      2. Bold the entire phrase
      3. Wiki notation is now 'Some text.' - this is correct
      4. Switch back to WYSIWYG mode
      5. Highlight 'te' and select strike through - it should all be bolded with 'te' struck through
      6. Wiki notation is now 'Some text. - this is not correct

      I thought we fixed the 'phrase formatting within text' by using 4 of each symbol. Did this not get done for 2.0? I can't find an issue for it.
