I'm trying to create a Build Calendar in Confluence. The Build Calendar is a child of our 'Environments' space. I do not want to create a separate space for the Build Calendar, because I do not want too many spaces created.
The build calendar has children for each release. Each release has children for each build. I'd like to use Comments on each build for the various people who do work on a build to report status and any issues, problem or solutions. Some users may only be interested in one release, but not another – for example support releases versus development releases.
I'd like users to be able to select to be notified at the release level so they do not need to sign up to watch each of the individual build pages.

The hierarchy looks like this:
Build Calendar
Release 1.0
Build 01
Build 02
Build 03
Release 2.0
Build 01
Build 02
Build 03
