      • Attach an image, foo.jpg, to a page
      • Edit the page to display the image
      • Create a comment and display the image inline

      Image in comment will be broken

      image displays fine

      page comment - http://localhost:8080/download/attachments/3232/foo.jpg
      image is broken

      putting into a comment will display the image
