Summary
Users can’t save a page when inserting a date on the day when Daylight Saving Time starts
Steps to Reproduce
- Check the default time zone of the instance Asia/Beirut
- Verify when the Daylight Saving Time starts on that timezone 2016-03-27
- Try to edit a page insert date 2016-03-27
- The page can't be saved with error There was an error processing the request
Expected Results
Should be able to save the page after inserting the date.
Actual Results
There was an error processing the request error will appear when saving the page.
