This will need a little custom work - each Labeling related to a ContentEntityObject will need to be disassociated from its label during the export, and then re-associated on import.

Otherwise (and as the export probably stands right now), you'll end up pulling a huge amount of unnecessary data into the export, then create a lot of redundant labels on import.
