Usernames (while logging in or setting up a new account) shouldn't be considered as case sensitive

      Currently they're case sensitive which is not so good.
      For example I've signed up for "Armond" user account and can't login as "armond"! Usually the passwords are fully case sensitive to catch the exact cases for security reasons (which is the case now) but not user names...

      Just my 0.02$...
