If a user browses to http://whatever.com/confluence/login.action, they will be prompted to log in, even if they are already logged in. In fact the upper right corner says 'Welcome user!!'. This is confusing and makes user's believe they need to re-log in. When the login.action page is hit, it should forward the user to the homepage if they are already logged in.
