PDF Macro does not display the Japanese PDF document with CMAP other than Identity-H

When we try to use PDF Macro to display Japanese PDF document with CMAP other than Identity-H (or view that file from a page of attachments list), it displays none.

From catalina.out:

I think you use PDF Renderer library to implement pdf rendering feature, and this problem is the same as this issue of PDF Renderer.

To reproduce the problem, get "japanese.pdf" from here and use it with PDF Macro.
