I have a lot of stuff inside the {noformat} macro. It works fine, and [foo] indeed appears as [foo], not as a link. However, when looking at the "Undefined Pages" page, 'foo' appears as an undefined page! The law of unintended consequences rears its head yet again...

Thanks for letting us know about this. Since there are a few issues related to entries on the undefined pages list, I have created an "umbrella issue" to group them together.
