Trackback incoming pings ignored

      It looks like Confluence's trackback ping support is broken. I have created links between these two pages, but neither registered as a ping in the other:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEST/Target+Confluence+page
      http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TST-2352

      both pages are accessible anonymously)

      A ping from my local JIRA instance to http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TST-2352 succeeded, which is why I suspect that Confluence is the party at fault.
