Currently there's no way to view all blog posts, by month, or otherwise.

The only way to currently list blogposts is to view the most recent, which will only show 15. Apparently we used to have this functionality in 1.3.x - you could at least find all blogs by clicking on a calendar and moving between months. We really should have a more obvious, administrative view of blogs.
