Regression: Recent Changes expansion state no longer remembered

      It seems the refactoring of the UI state stuff has broken the UI state.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. log in to http://confluence.atlassian.com/
      2. Expand the recent changes list to 20
      3. Click on the Confluence logo to reload the Dashboard

      Expected:

      • Recent changes list will be 20 items long

      Actual:

      • Recent changes list has returned to being 10 items long
