Lock Page fails to present editing by other users

      Using Version 1.3.5 Build 122
      In issue CONF:660 it was reported that after a page was locked other users were still able to edit it, but that this bug was fixed in version 1.1
      This still seems to be a problem. Once a page is locked, other users are aware that the page has been locked and for what reason, but they are still presented with an edit window and and update button, and they still work.
