Getting Timeout Error when running individual Tests and/or Test Suites - CA LISA 6.0.10

Need ITKO support to resolve issue with CA LISA 6.0.10 issue, for the Harris SOA Suite Project. Getting the following error message while running an individual test or while running several tests as part of a Test Suite.

Steps for Running Individual Test:
Selected test then right click and select “Stage Test”. Select applicable staging doc then click “Stage”. System attempts to Staging Test and returns...”. System returns the following timeout message:

Step for Running Test Suite Test Suite Error:
Select Test Suite for execution. Click Stage/Deploy. Click Run with DCM tcp://TEH-SEV1:2010/Registry. System return failure doing suite exection. Message is as follows
