      CPU processing is pushed to 100% when the Confluence tries render long unbroken lines of text such as:

      TlRMTVNTUAACAAAACAAIADgAAAAFgokCub9Oy9DBXqAAAAAAAAAAALwAvABAA

      Examples of places where these long lines of text may appear is in PGP/MD5 signatures or web headers.
