I tried to move a page and it was hard. I clicked move page on the right and got a dialog with a drop down list that had only the top-level places in our heirarchy with the current location being excluded. I wanted to move the page to a place lower in the tree and couldn't do it. Someone finally pointed out that there was a 'parent page' edit control at the bottom the screen when editing a page and by putting the new parent in there I was able to move it.

I at first tried to drag and drop the folder to its new location but that didn't work.

My suggestion would be that in the move dialog that pops up when 'move' is clicked that there be a browse button that would let one browse to the new page (folder) that should be the destination of the move.
