The code is functional, we have to make sure that project.properties lists /etc/plugins to build the userlister (its codebase is now changed from /etc/custommacros).

Also document it at C.A.C. - now takes lists of groups

groups=group1,group2

and an online argument

online=true

all are optional arg.s
