There is a large number of different RSS feeds available for various items in Confluence now, and this is good.

But there seems to lack a "What's up?" feed, where EVERYTHING changing is indicated, regardless of whether it's a new or updated page, a comment or a blog post.

It can of course be handled using separate subscriptions for these four events, but a combined feed would be appreciated.
