Flush cache after deleting user - spacepermissions cache still seemed to hold a reference to a deleted user.
I encountered this after working on spacepermissions for usernames with mixed casing. After deleting the user, using Confluence, I had to delete the spacepermission, in the db. Even so, a cached version of the bad spacepermission remained. It might be part of a larger issue: (see link)
