Invalid character in new blog entry results in losing text entered

      To reproduce:

      New Blog Post
      Specify title of "A & B"
      Enter body text
      Press Preview.

      Page complains of '&' in title, but back button in browser results in loss of entered body text. Add New Page doesn't have this problem.
