POP mail box not being automatically polled

      On confluence.atlassian.com TEST space, mail is not being automatically sucked down, but if you click the manual check-mail link, the mail is retrieved.

      Also reported by a user on the mailing-list, so it's not just happening to us: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/mail/11274
