When copying a page, I cannot set page restrictions. I can pull up the page restrictions dialogue box, but when I click the buttons to set the restrictions, nothing happens.

Environments - the same problem happens on both CAC and EAC:
      CAC: Atlassian Confluence 3.3.1-rc1
      EAC: Confluence 3.4-m2-r2

      I'm using Firefox 3.6.8 on Windows 7

Having learnt that restrictions aren't copied when pages are copied, I've filed an improvement request: CONF-20593

Non-blocker as copying a page can be worked around by creating a new page and copying the wiki mark-up from the old page.

If a page with existing restrictions is copied then those restrictions are lost.

            I'd like to clarify this:

When you copy a page, any permissions are reset - this is existing behaviour.

In 3.3, when copying a view restricted page, the user can reapply the desired permissions while copying.

This bug means that in 3.3.1, when copying a restricted page the user cannot reapply the permissions, so they must first save the page (making the content visible) and then apply the desired permissions.

Just fyi, I thought that this might be related to the documentation theme, but I can reproduce this issue in spaces without the documentation theme applied.
