Creator in RSS not present?

      When I view the updates in RSS, there are a few things wrong at the moment.

      The "creator" is always listed as "Unknown" in my RSS client (PulpFiction).

      Also, there should probably be a way to get (via single hyperlinks) to "view online" and "view diff" - right at the top of the article?
