When the CamelCase Links option is enabled, a page title that is in CamelCase format like "My PageTitle" will cause its children pages fail to render images attached to their parent.

For example, if a child page of "My PageTitle" tries to render an image attached to "My PageTitle":

      !My PageTitle^image.jpg!

When trying to render the attachment, the wiki markup will change to "!My gibberishstringherexoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo^image.jpg!"
