Links between pages are case-insensitive, but referring pages don't show up in "Incoming Links" of target-page unless the casing is exactly correct.

Reproducing:

1. Create page named "Foo"
2. Create another page, "Bar", with contents "Link to [foo]"
3. Follow the link
4. "Bar" is not shown on "Incoming Links" of "Foo"
