Cannot import data from setup wizard

    Description

      Going through the setup wizard, one of the options is to import existing data from XML.

      When I try to do this, Confluence immediately refeshes saying "Completion: 0% complete", and never updates any further:

      Clicking "Next" would leave you with no imported data. In the logs I see:

      Exception in thread "Importing data task" java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.actions.ImportLongRunningTask.runInternal(ImportLongRunningTask.java:50)
	at com.atlassian.confluence.util.longrunning.ConfluenceAbstractLongRunningTask.run(ConfluenceAbstractLongRunningTask.java:21)
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)
