Misleading message when removing page permissions through info page

      When a permission is removed via the Info page, the user is then redirected to the Space Admin Restricted Pages list.

      1. I'm not sure why - it would be more intuitive to stay on the Info page.
      2. If a user has 'Restrict Page' permission, but they are not a space admin, then this cannot be done, and they see the Not Permitted page. The restriction is successfully removed, so this message is misleading, and should not be shown.

      NB: this bug is currently blocking the Selenium test 'testRemovePermissionsOnInfoPage'
