When on the Space Summary (showing the list of pages), if you have confluence administrator priveledges, you see a "Restore Page" link in the Space Operations box. However, it links to:

"Restore Confluence data from Backup"
"WARNING
This will wipe all existing Confluence content - make sure you backup first!
You will be logged out after the restore process. Make sure you know your login details in the data being restored.
The restore process can take a few minutes, please be patient. "
