Follow macro does not render the 'Full theme' (large icons) when previewing it either in the Macro Browser or on the page itself in IE7.

      The

      {follow}

      macro does not render the 'Full theme' (large icons) when previewing it either in the Macro Browser or on the page itself in IE7.

      However, these large icons are rendered correctly when the page is saved. Unfortunately though when the page is edited again and the user wants to edit this macro, the icons will be rendered small again even though the macro browser and its wiki markup clearly state 'Full theme'.

      This problem is not apparent in Firefox.
