"short link" not respecting site URL

      Our installation is configured with a base URL of weirdname.valtech.de/confluence.
      The short url of a page on the "page information" page however reads
      dedus-web02:6080/confluence/x/Cq.

      So the short link URL generation ignores the configured URL and simply takes the real hostname. Whoops.
