It seems that the check if the page exists is not case sensitive.

I created a page called 'Infrastructure' then I thought I have to rename it to 'infrastructure'. Confluence tells me
'Another page with the same title already exists in the desired space.'
which is wrong I just have to rename it to '_Infrastructure' and then to 'infrastructure'.
