viewfile macro does not work in case of umlauts in attachment name

      If the filename of an attachment contains umlauts the viewfile macro will not render the attachment (endless spinning wheel...). This is what I've done:

      1. attach file "loremipsum.ppt"
      2. use {viewfile:loremipsum.ppt} -> works
      3. edit attachment -> rename it to "äloremipsum.ppt"
      4. use {viewfile:äloremipsum.ppt} -> does not work
