cannot set page with unicode characters in title as parent page

      Cannot set the following page as parent to its chil page:
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=5203

      Just try to create child page and click "make ... as parent" link.

      I've tried some other pages with russian characters and they works.
