using the remote XML-RPC API setting a new page parent id does not work

Using the remote API I am able to set the correct parent of a new page, but cannot change the parent id once it is set.

I'm trying to remotely reparent pages using Confluence 2.10 and it no longer seems to work.

When you're creating a new page on a server remotely it DOES set the correct parent page.

But if you try to again remotely call 'storePage' with a new parent ID the server ignores setting it.

I am able to confirm that I'm setting other data on the page like the content, but the new parentID I'm setting (which does exist) is ignored.

This seems to be the same issue as CONF-1091
