Improve performance by caching Userprofile-Pictures and Space-logos

      The algorithm for loading user profile pictures and for loading space logos is inefficient, and got even worse when Confluence 2.9 introduced global logos that are stored in the database.

      we need to improve the algorithm by just looking up attachments once per request.
