      Standalone Confluence 1.1 on Linux with JDK 1.4.2_04

      This bug is a duplicate of CONF-1328, but 1328 is marked for Post 1.1 and I'm concerned that this might not be addressed for a while.

      In short, the issue is that notifications don't work for us; the body of the message is empty. See CONF-1328 for the relevant stack trace.
