Links to older versions of attachments don't include the webapp context

      Confluence 1.1 WAR installed into a standalone JIRA 2.6.1 instance

      When Confluence is installed with a non-empty context URL (e.g. http://servername/confluence) then the links to older versions of attachments don't have the context name in their URLs, resulting in a 404 error. The link to the current versions of attachments are correct.

      Simply attach the same file twice and you cannot download the older version anymore.
