html-include-replace macro, fixes problem with relative URLS from another sites HTML getting mapped to the 'local' server

      A user asked for this today, I wrote this plugin to fix the problem. Its here for Atlassian to merge into their code if they so choose, cross posted under HTML-15. May even publish as a macro in its own right if I get the time.
