IE browser bug on 'page does not exist' page

      The source html generated for the 'page does not exist' page generates inaccurate space links in IE Version 6.0.

      Looks like the <base href="/confluence" />

      and then the subsequent space links ex:

      <a href="/confluence/display/ASPE">ASP Enablement </a>

      show up in IE as 'http:///confluence/display/ASPE'

      Checked out in Mozilla and works fine. The link should be

      'https://scamblocker.net/confluence/display/ASPE'
