Zip file creation problems

      There seem to be a few problems with ZIP files created from Confluence.

      • the XP native unzip / archive browser doesn't like Confluence ZIP files (perhaps only ZIPs created on Unix?) - WinZip, Mac and *ix handle these files fine (See CONF-767 for more details)
      • backup ZIPs created on Windows don't seem to import in Unix, and possibly the other way around.
