The Browse Menu is shown with the People Directory menu option, even when a user is not logged on and can't go to the people directory. the menu should not be there if the user is not logged in.

Why should I not be able to go to the people directory if i am not logged in? If it is a public instance, this still makes sense. Closing the issue as not a bug now. if you feel it really is a bug, please explain in more detail
